Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical and electrical engineering projects.
• Strong commercial and project management skills, including negotiating, planning, estimating and quoting.
• Good IT (MS Office) and numeracy skills.
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate internal labor and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of H&S legislation and risk management processes.
• Strong financial skills including cost and budget controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion to deliver on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Sales Managers to grow business in the region.
• Plan, control and monitor projects with clear reporting to Operations Manager.
• Maintain records, produce estimates for change orders, and manage client communications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company procedures on site; manage punch-lists and non-conformances.
• Travel to job sites and collaborate with clients and subcontractors.
