Qualifications

• Experience overseeing contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule and financial reporting.

• Ability to secure permits and verify insurance for subs.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers and designers.
• Secure permits and verify subcontractor insurance.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and track priorities.
