Suffolk Construction is hiring a Project Manager in the West Palm Beach/Tampa area to coordinate resources and documentation across the project lifecycle. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk, while collaborating with owners and trade partners to drive project success.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes for our clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong business judgment and profitability focus.
• Excellent organizational skills and contract awareness.

Responsabilités

• Lead and communicate with Suffolk Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule.
• Represent Suffolk with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of the Owner's contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and the Suffolk project team members.
• Project Start-Up: review contract documents, confirm budget setup and milestones.
• Create a schedule of values, project logs, safety plan, and mobilization.
