Job summary

Walsh Group is seeking a Project Manager for the Georgia Water Division in Atlanta, GA. The role requires leading multiple facets of projects, ensuring profitability, and maintaining client relationships within a family-owned but rapidly growing firm.

You will oversee costs, schedules, and personnel, drive project startup to close-out, and coordinate with safety and engineering teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; 7+ years in construction management is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Experience in managing construction teams and leading projects.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Lead project start-up, execution, and close-out processes.
• Develop personnel development and recruiting strategies.
• Manage contractual issues and disputes as needed.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide accurate forecasting of project costs to complete.
