Charlie Mike Recruiting partners with a leading construction firm to recruit a Construction Project Manager in Indianapolis. The role oversees planning, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors, regulators, and clients to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organization, and communication skills with proven experience managing large-scale projects and familiarity with MS Project and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• PMP or related project management certification preferred.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Oversee project budgets and financial tracking.
• Lead and coordinate construction teams including subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor schedules and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare and submit project reports and reviews.
