Job summary

Bozzuto Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead multimillion-dollar construction projects with a focus on safety, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. You will report to the Project Executive, manage subcontractors, and drive project performance through collaborative leadership.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in construction management and at least 7 years of relevant experience in environments with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management/related field.
• 7 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction technology and BIM software (Procore, Navisworks, Blue Beam).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial health of your project from preconstruction through delivery.
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on-time, on-budget and to our quality standards.
• Regularly prepare and present communications to clients, as their main point of contacts.
• Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts.
• Lead and inspire the professional growth and development of all team members.
