Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager for PDS Projects in Dallas, TX, responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of PM experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with PM software, with on-site work in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and strong PM principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion within time and budget.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members; ensure clear communication.
• Lead and motivate project teams; foster collaboration and high performance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and identify risks and issues.
• Monitor budgets and forecast costs to ensure financial adherence.
• Implement robust quality controls to meet standards and client expectations.
• Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
