Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project delivery on the Richardson, TX account. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, and teams of consultants and contractors to meet client goals, while maintaining strong client relationships and leading risk management.

The role requires 5–10 years of project administration experience, a solid background in finance-related tasks for real estate, and the ability to work across a national platform with hybrid model expectations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of practical experience in project administration preferred.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate.
• Ability to read commercial leases and support Acquisition Manager and Legal with comments on Work Letters and Exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for overall project management delivery on account.
• Support Client with Capital Plan development, Program Scope and resource assignment.
• Develop project budgets including hard and soft costs; understand construction cost/benefit analysis.
• Lead cost saves/avoidance and perform negotiations and value engineering.
• Mine, create, track, and monitor data metrics; analyze and track KPIs.
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met.
• Assemble and manage teams of consultants and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution.
