Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades in Orlando, FL, is seeking a DIRECT HIRE Construction Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team through end-to-end project delivery. You will manage risks, stakeholder negotiations, and finances to meet quality targets and schedule.

Strong leadership and a background in construction engineering are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 7+ years of construction experience; OSHA 30 certification is preferred and must be completed within 6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA30 certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of construction project personnel by establishing expectations and supporting development plans.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution with collaboration across project teams and safety emphasis.
• Oversee and approve procurement of project materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced project management knowledge.
• Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Review comprehensive project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference.
