The successful candidate will assist with safety management, quality, cost management, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and a minimum of four years of construction experience. Competencies include excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $140,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement options, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years previous construction experience.
• Ability to organize, assess, and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
• Sustainable building experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management and execution of the construction process.
• Manage project closeout process, including checklist and documentation.
• Prepare cost estimates and develop detailed project construction schedules.

Skills

General Contracting experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively manage and lead junior team members

Project management and scheduling software experience

Knowledge of principles of engineering and construction project management

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
