Job summary

Clune Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, bidding, and cost control across multiple construction projects. You will coordinate with clients, trade partners, and design teams, ensure documentation flow, and manage billing and closeout processes.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, estimating, and leadership skills, plus 5+ years in commercial PM. An employee-owned culture is emphasized with opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of five years of construction project management experience (commercial).
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFP responses, including developing presentations and pitches.
• Ensure effective internal team communication flow and coordination with trade partners and design team.
• Manage cost control, monthly billing, and subcontract administration.
• Prepare budgets, bids, scope reviews, and pricing presentations for clients.
• Conduct frequent site visits with the superintendent to monitor progress.
• Support preconstruction activities and client relationship management.
