Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades in High Point, NC is seeking a Project Manager to independently oversee moderate to complex construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients, general contractors, and suppliers. Travel 1–3 days per week is expected.

The role requires a bachelor’s in CM or engineering and 3+ years PM experience; MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of PM experience in prestressed tanks or heavy civil construction.
Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from startup through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Develop and maintain project schedules, including CPM and look-ahead.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineering requirements.
Lead meetings on scope, safety, quality, and logistics planning.
Monitor costs, labor productivity, commitments, and forecasts.
