Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for a construction program that starts in Charleston, SC and will move to a permanent home office in Atlanta after project completion.

You will manage the schedule, budget, quality and safety, in coordination with the Superintendent, and oversee subcontractors, contracts, client expectations and risk. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Detailed knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement to manage a construction project.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software (Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO).
• LEED Accreditation preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Attend planning meetings and project status meetings.
• Develop and maintain the project plan by producing status reports, monthly projections, and change orders, pricing for owner and subcontractors, and monitoring cash flow.
• Develop all project administration, correspondence, letters, etc.
• Cultivate industry relationships and expand networks for future sales opportunities.
• Maintain contract files, proper reporting, and timely invoicing.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, RFPs, SWAs, EWO's, PCOs, material procurement.
• Coordinate delivery of material to job sites.
• Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings to monitor status and plan ahead.
