Job summary

Grunley Construction Company Inc. is seeking a Project Manager responsible for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire construction project. The PM serves as the focal point for coordination of all project information between the field, office, senior management and the entire project team.

Reports to: Project Executive. The role will be located at Grunley's Rockville HQ for 6 months leading up to project start up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of construction project management software (Procore and P6 scheduling).

Responsibilities

• Lead complete and satisfactory execution of the construction project across field and office.
• Coordinate information between field, office, senior management and project team; mentor the team.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire construction project. The PM serves as the focal point for coordination of all project information between the field, office, senior management and the entire project team. The PM provides leadership, support, and training to the project team.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business

Required Experience

• This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience.

Required Qualifications
