Job summary

Grunley Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as the focal point for field and office teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Based at our Rockville, MD HQ for the initial six months, you will mentor the project team, manage CPM schedules, risk mitigation, and subcontract administration while communicating with executives and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
• Minimum of five years of construction experience.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate field and office teams and information flow.
• Develop CPM schedules, updates, and time impact analyses.
• Oversee change management, subcontract administration, and buyouts.
• Monitor job status, budgets, and forecasting.
