Job summary

rand* construction corporation, a Dallas-based national commercial contractor, seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead project organization, ensuring quality and outstanding client service on tenant interiors, retail, restaurants and building renovations.

Qualified candidates will hold a four-year degree or equivalent, knowledge of architecture, engineering and construction, and mastery of Procore modules (Project Management and Financial Management) plus Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, owners, managers, consultants, architects, employees.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to conduct job cost and cash flow analysis including reports and budget management.
• Good understanding of contracts.
• Mastery of Procore Project Management and Financial Management tools.
• Mastery of Microsoft Project and managing changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project’s organization, implementation and completion to client satisfaction.
