Job summary

Forza Group in Senoia, GA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead field projects, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong budgeting, leadership, and communication skills; experience with Procore is preferred, and a Bachelor's in a related field plus 5 years of construction management is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in running general construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, leadership, and communication abilities to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Project Superintendent.
• Review and comprehend technical and administrative documents (RFPs/RFQs).
• Create material takeoffs to define quantities of work materials.
• Estimate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and other areas.
• Oversee daily operations, develop reports on materials and crew needs, analyze project finances.
• Determine work crews and production rates; break down scope into tasks.
• Build relationships with skilled labor, subcontractors, and partners through strong communication.
