The role requires BS in Engineering or related field and 2–5 years of experience in commercial or multi-family projects. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project is expected.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years' construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial, light industrial, or multi-family projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of the project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and design team to develop preliminary drawings and budget.
• Review scope, negotiate contracts and fees, and drive value engineering ideas.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for all trades and vendors.
• Plan procurement of materials/equipment when advantageous to project budget.
