Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a Project Manager Intern for Summer 2027 in Dallas, TX. You’ll assist Project Managers from start to finish, applying your engineering background to build client solutions and drive project performance.

Responsibilities include estimating proposals, scheduling subcontractors, attending design meetings, managing subcontracts, reviewing shop drawings, and supporting billing. A GPA of 3.0+.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program.
• Prior industry internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimating – Describing project proposals and assigning dollar values.
• Scheduling – Creating a working timeline for subcontractors to complete the project on time.
• Design meetings – Attend design meetings with owner and team to understand design process.
• Buyout – Send bid instructions, schedule, and drawings to subcontractors and evaluate proposals.
• Shop Drawing/Submittal Review – Review subcontractor drawings with PM and design team.
