ARCO/Murray Power Solutions is offering a Project Manager Intern position for Summer 2027. You will support estimating, scheduling, design meetings, and subcontractor coordination while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Ideal candidates are engineering students with a 3.0 GPA, enrolled in a relevant program, and with any internship or extracurricular involvement. This internship includes mentorship, structured training, and potential full‑time opportunities

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program (or related field).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Prior industry internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating project proposals and assign dollar values to projects.
• Create a working timeline for subcontractors to complete the project on time.
• Participate in design meetings with owner and team to understand design pro structural engineers and architects.
• Assist with buyout: send bid instructions, schedule, and drawings; evaluate proposals and award subcontracts.
• Review shop drawings and submittals with project team and communicate with subs on upcoming work.
• Support billing activities: understand subcontract management, change orders, pay requests, and cost status.
• Visit job sites with the Project Manager to ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Engage in weekly training sessions to understand the role and ARCO/Murray’s business operations.
