Job summary

The State Group invites you to join its Project Management internship on-site in Kokomo, Indiana, for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across research, planning, documentation, and reporting while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a college diploma or university degree in construction management or electrical engineering.
  • Completion of at least one year of post-secondary education.
  • Strong desire to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow direction, manage priorities, and take initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the organization while gaining insight into how our business operates.
  • Assist with research, analysis, planning, documentation, reporting, and other responsibilities related to your area of study.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas, updates, and solutions.
  • Build practical skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Network with other interns and participate in a collaborative Capstone Project.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
