Job summary

PCI seeks an experienced Project Manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma to support its Southern Missouri operations. You will manage commercial projects, coordinate with field teams, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include preparing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project schedules, with cost control and coordination of subcontractors. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of Construction Management experience in interior construction.
• Experience with estimating, project management, and managing specialty scopes (drywall, framing, ACT).
• Ability to diagnose key information, identify profitability risks, and steer projects away from liabilities.
• Strong reading of specifications and drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to commercial projects.
• Participate in safety plans and implement safety measures for projects.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Create and manage job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors.
• Oversee labor control and cost tracking through FAW-style analyses.
• Coordinate warranties, vendors and subcontractors, including change orders.
