Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience on construction projects, interior scopes (drywall, framing, ACT).
• Ability to diagnose key information, identify profit risks, and steer projects away from liabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings for PCI scope of work.
• Management skills to oversee projects and teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Superb communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on profitability.
• Motivated, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• OSHA Certification.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans and measures of the branch and projects.
• Understand and follow PCI safety guidelines for the corporate program.
• Create/manag punch lists proactively.
• Understand and be accountable for QA/QC measures.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Understand building systems and how they relate to the process.
• Coordinate activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Perform quantities takeoffs to verify estimates and price change orders.
• Create and implement job schedules with field supervisors and foremen; communicate issues.
• Labor control on projects, setup and maintenance; adjust to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M.
• Assist in vendor selection and material/equipment coordination.
• Assist in buyout of subcontractors, contracts, and change orders.
• Complete job cost control via FAWs on projects.
• Support branch through positive customer relations.
