Landscape Forms is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager - Installation to lead complex installation projects from planning through closeout in commercial environments. You will own schedules, budgets, field resources, and subcontractors while aligning with customers and internal teams to deliver safe, high-quality installations.

Ideal candidates bring a strong construction background, proven PM experience on commercial sites, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred (can be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex installation projects from planning and site readiness through execution and closeout.

• Lead and develop internal installation teams while coordinating third-party crews and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor schedules, performance, site requirements, and project expectations.
• Review blueprints, plans and specs to understand scope, sequencing, materials and risks.
• Participate in project and pre-installation meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Assess site readiness and address issues impacting schedules, quality or cost.
• Coordinate field activities including RFIs, change orders, punch lists and closeout.
• Serve as key contact with customers and contractors, ensuring clear communication.
• Ensure installations meet safety, quality, workmanship and customer experience standards.
• Establish goals and performance metrics; provide updates to leadership and partners.
• Evaluate and improve installation processes to support growth.

Overview

The Construction Project Manager - Installation (Internally titled Installation & Service Leader) leads Landscape Forms installation projects ranging from approximately $100K to $2M+ from planning and site readiness through execution and closeout. You'll oversee schedules, budgets, field resources, and subcontractors while partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

Success in this role comes from a strong construction background, project management expertise, and the ability to lead teams in the field. You'll anticipate challenges, keep projects moving, and bring the right people and resources together to deliver a successful installation across commercial environments including higher education, corporate campuses, healthcare, multifamily residential, and municipal spaces.

Projects range from straightforward installations to more complex environments incorporating integrated technology, water management, and third-party accessories.

During the first 6-12 months, you'll spend significant time onsite learning our products, teams, and installation processes firsthand. Individual installations typically require 1-3 weeks onsite, with schedules generally established 2-3 months in advance. Flexibility is important as construction schedules can shift, but travel is expected to decrease as you become established in the role.

How You Contribute:

• Lead complex installation projects from planning and site readiness through execution and closeout
• Own project schedules, budgets, installation resources, and overall execution to keep projects on track
• Lead and develop internal installation team members while coordinating a broader network of third-party installation crews and subcontractors
• Manage subcontractor schedules, performance, site requirements, and project expectations
• Review blueprints, project plans, specifications, and installation documentation to understand scope, sequencing, materials, resources, and potential project risks
• Participate in project and pre-installation meetings with customers, contractors, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain
• Assess site readiness and proactively address issues that could impact installation schedules, quality, or cost
• Coordinate field activities including schedule sequencing, RFIs, change orders, punch-list items, and project closeout
• Serve as a key customer and contractor contact throughout installation, providing clear communication and resolving project or field challenges
• Ensure installations meet Landscape Forms' expectations for safety, quality, workmanship, and customer experience
• Establish goals and performance metrics and provide visibility and updates to leadership and key partners
• Evaluate and improve installation processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and support continued business growth

Criteria for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience leading complex construction projects
• Significant project management experience in commercial construction, with strong knowledge of construction processes and active jobsites
• Experience managing complex projects, including schedules, budgets, site coordination, and project documentation
• Proven experience leading field teams and managing contractors or subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, specifications, and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and decision-making skills with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with customers, contractors, field teams, and cross-functional partners
• Knowledge of applicable construction permitting requirements; OSHA 30 certification is preferred and can be obtained after hire
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively during the first 6-12 months, with travel decreasing as you become established in the role
