Job summary

The role requires deep project management, contract negotiation, and ability to read P&IDs and manage prime contracts.

Qualifications

• Multifaceted mastery of project management, client relations, and leadership across manufacturing sectors.
• Over 12 years in construction roles with eight years as a PM on industrial projects.
• Design-build experience with architecture/engineering firms preferred.
• Experience managing projects in food, beverage, consumer products, or pharma sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver large industrial projects on time and within budget.
• Strong contract negotiation and bid management skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing site operations and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex industrial construction projects for food, beverage, and life sciences clients.
• Coordinate with safety, site superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to meet schedules and budgets.
• Manage risk, prepare monthly project control reports, and evaluate bids and contracts.
• Review subcontractor proposals for conformity to schedule and scope.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards; oversee site safety.
• Lead jobsite planning, progress, and closeout meetings; mentor junior staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal design teams.
