What You'll Do:

• Lead ground-up industrial construction projects, including tilt-wall, cold storage, and food-grade facilities
• Collaborate closely with superintendents, clients, and design teams
• Manage budgets, schedules, site logistics, and client relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget

Who You Are:

• 6-15 years of Project Management experience in industrial, cold storage, or food-grade construction
• Ground-up experience is required (not just interior fit-outs)
• Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on approach
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and a drive to grow

Compensation: Salary Range: $110K-$160K depending on experience
Office-Based (Kennesaw, GA) - No hybrid
