Wolverine Construction is seeking a self-sufficient Project Manager I to oversee commercial projects from start to finish, coordinating design through closeout with on-site and remote teams. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships while supporting business development across Southeast Michigan.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience in commercial construction, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Procore and other project management tools proficiency.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, project management, and financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from design through closeout, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, design teams, superintendents, and internal staff.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting with transparent updates.
• Serve as primary contact for project teams and clients with clear, strategic communication.
• Identify and resolve design, construction, and scheduling issues as they arise.
• Support proposals, presentations, and client relationship building for business development.
