Job summary

Apple Inc. in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of key capital projects, including high-design workplaces and laboratory fit-outs.

You will coordinate with executives, architects, engineers, and general contractors to deliver spaces on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive PM experience, a relevant degree, and a proven track record in complex tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, multi-million-dollar capital construction projects.
• Proven track record managing technically complex tenant improvements and full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Translate end-user and scientific requirements into actionable design criteria, defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans (budgets, schedules, risk mitigation) and drive management of architects, engineers, GCs, and vendors.
• Oversee design development to preserve architectural intent while coordinating complex MEP and process utility systems for lab environments.
• Serve as owner’s representative on-site, enforcing safety, schedule discipline, and quality.
