Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience with strong estimating background (2+ years as assistant estimator).
• MBA considered an advantage.
• Experience in client development and relationship management.
• Background working with subcontractors or general contractors.
• Proven ability to excel in high-pressure environments.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding goals independently.
• Willingness to work from office or job sites.

Responsibilities

• Create precise budgets utilizing historical project data.
• Conduct regular site visits to all projects, ensuring proper field methods and comprehensive project knowledge.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of project documentation, cost control, estimating and construction management systems.
• Analyze and interpret contracts, plans, specifications and change orders.
• Monitor and manage labor allocation across projects, including subcontractors and internal resources.
• Coordinate material ordering, tracking and administration according to established protocols.
• Deliver timely project updates and verify completed work.
• Handle accounting responsibilities including invoices, requisitions, and payroll approvals.
• Lead and develop team members, fostering professional growth.
• Serve as a company representative, maintaining exceptional client relationships.
