ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with an engineering background to lead construction projects from start to finish in Texas. You will oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, and communications with owners and the design team.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's of Engineering program or related field.
• Open to full-time opportunity post-graduation.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a project from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with owners and the design team on preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to discuss scope, costs, and value engineering.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines and manage multiple activities.
• Uphold integrity and ensure customer satisfaction.
