Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC (VERTEX) is a global consulting firm providing strategic advisory, project management, and dispute resolution services. We seek a Project Manager to assist our Managing Consultant with timely, high-quality work and cross-functional coordination across the practice group.

This role requires frequent travel to job sites in New York and New Jersey; the candidate should be able to lead teams, manage client expectations, and support business development while modeling

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, a Master's degree and 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience and no degree.
• Experience in Construction Project Management and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess complex information for accuracy and risk on high-profile projects.
• Lead project meetings and perform project management tasks.
• Support business development and research efforts.
• Travel to job sites in New York and New Jersey; coordinate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor utilization, deadlines, and timesheets; assist in meeting budget targets for the practice area.
