Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Northern California team. You will lead diverse commercial projects from award through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and procurement while coordinating with owners, architects, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of GC/CM experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive project success across multi-stakeholder environments in Northern California. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontract agreements, and procurement logs.
• Lead project meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, job costing, and change order management.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure project milestones, safety requirements, and quality standards are achieved.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents.
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and project administration
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project success from start to finish
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

• Commercial, healthcare, education, civic, industrial, aviation, mission-critical, hospitality, or public-sector construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
