Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to serve as the District Agent from design through warranty, coordinating with various stakeholders and promoting positive community relations. This role requires managing budgets, schedules, and compliance across multiple vendors and agencies.

Responsibilities include negotiating scopes of work, editing bid documents, and leading district meetings. Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture or Construction Management are required, with a 40-hour work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Construction Management required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate scopes of work and fees for professional services (surveyors, A/E, geotechnical, testing, commissioning, etc.).
• Coordinate design development meetings with building managers and school staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal code requirements during design.
• Edit front-end bid and contract documents and schedules.
• Lead District meetings (design, pre-construction, submittals, installation) and track project progress.
• Prepare status reports and budget updates for District stakeholders.
• Coordinate District-supplied items with General Contractors and instructional materials.
• Manage construction activities around building and school occupant schedules.
• Review payment applications from A/E, consultants, and GC.
• Determine Final Completion and warranty start dates; manage warranty issues.
