You will act as the District agent with architects, engineers, and contractors, coordinating schedules, budgets, and compliance with district requirements.

The role requires negotiating scopes, editing bid documents, and facilitating district meetings.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate scopes of work and fees for professional services including surveyors and A/E, etc.
• Coordinate design reviews with district staff and consultants to ensure district requirements are met.
• Edit bid and contract documents and schedules; facilitate district/architect/GC meetings.
• Track budgets, schedules and status updates for construction projects; ensure warranty provisions.
• Review payments and manage warranty period and post-construction activities.
