Job summary

R4 Restoration in Suwanee, GA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead restoration projects from inspection to walk-through. You will serve as the primary contact for homeowners and stakeholders during stressful events, coordinating teams, schedules, and safety protocols.

The role requires coordinating with estimators, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensuring code compliance and FTC disclosures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Five (5) or more years of combined construction, restoration, and/or sales experience preferred, including experience leading crews or managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction and restoration projects, including emergency mitigation and reconstruction.
• Meet or exceed project response times, production goals, and completion targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Inspect job sites to determine repair, mitigation, and restoration needs including water, fire, smoke, and microbial concerns.
• Develop accurate, detailed scopes of work with clients and estimators.
• Secure contracts, work authorizations, and payment terms in compliance with company policies.
