Job summary

NORESCO is seeking a Project Manager for its Federal and Energy Services teams to oversee campus mechanical and electrical distribution systems and other energy infrastructure. You will support development through construction, manage schedules, cost, and safety, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with subcontractors and customers.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and field oversight across diverse locations, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience related or relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or Civil Engineering, Navy Nuclear Power graduate
• Contractors licenses

Responsibilities

• Manage bid process including pre-qualifying subcontractors, developing bid packages, and evaluating bids
• Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and vendors
• Develop subcontracts and purchase orders
• Prepare daily construction reports and monitor project status
• Ensure closeout and O&M documentation meet NORESCO requirements
• Generate meeting minutes and contract communications
