Job summary

Disneyland Resort is seeking an Associate Project Manager to shepherd complex projects from inception to completion, focusing on tight scope, budget, and schedule control. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with the Manager of Programs, and ensure safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include planning, estimating, funding approvals, and stakeholder communication to minimize operational impact while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in project/construction management or related field with 2 years of project experience, or 2 years college and 8 years experience.
• 4 years of PM/construction management in hospitality, commercial or industrial construction; theme park experience is a plus.
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects over $4M annually.
• Familiar with project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are properly scoped, designed, and executed within budget and schedule.
• Lead development and scheduling with project estimators and schedulers.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet business objectives and client expectations.
• Maintain safety compliance and regulatory requirements on all projects.
