• Define project scope, schedule and budget with client or NAM.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with safety plan.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, and external contractors.
• Prepare reports and communicate status to project team and client.
• Oversee invoicing, change orders, and collections.
