PuroClean of Providence in Cranston, RI is seeking a Project Manager/Claims Estimator to join our team full time. You will collaborate with production and admin staff to deliver accurate estimates, manage timelines, and ensure exceptional service to clients and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and Xactimate or similar estimating software.
• Ability to self-manage schedule and workflow.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, email, Outlook; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and help drive profit margin goals.
• Estimate projects and generate timely invoices.
• Track jobs and schedule tasks across departments.
• Input for process improvement and quality assurance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
