Based in Pittsfield, MA, this role combines detailed cost estimating with hands‑on project oversight to ensure successful delivery of renovation and new build projects. The Construction Project Manager & Estimator will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, and maintaining quality standards across multiple job sites in Pittsfield and the surrounding Berkshire County area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and small commercial construction projects in Pittsfield, MA from preconstruction planning through project completion.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates, perform material takeoffs, and prepare client‑ready proposals for renovations and ground‑up builds.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, coordinate vendor schedules, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Monitor job progress, track project budgets, and manage change orders to maintain financial control.
• Maintain construction schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
