Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years of industry experience may substitute for degree.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of Project Management Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through closeout ensuring adherence to standards.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Manage subcontractor selection and contract execution.
• Track costs, productivity, and profitability throughout project lifecycle.

Education
