Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Open to fulltime opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, cost reporting.
• Work with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope and discuss cost-saving ideas.
• Oversee subcontractor buyouts and selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job-site meetings.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Evaluate processes to ensure quality and meet client expectations.
• Uphold company values and integrity in client interactions.
