Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple construction programs and cost-effective methodologies for KFC equity restaurants
• Serve as the principal custodian of construction relationships within the KFC development department
• Develop foundational cost models and participate in project management
• Uphold brand architectural standards and contribute to global sustainability initiatives
• Innovate construction tools for remodeling and new construction projects
• Educate franchisees across these initiatives to drive success
• Coordinate design and operations feedback for Equity stores as projects move into construction
