The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 5 years in PM/engineering/construction, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera. A focus on safety, quality, and collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• OSHA 30 class is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify required resources to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
