SpawGlass is seeking a Project Manager in Corpus Christi to lead the operational execution of commercial construction projects. You will manage project planning, cost control, scheduling, and procurement while collaborating with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience on healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day project operations, documentation, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Proficiency with project management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, contract knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic project environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
