Job summary

United Contractor Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial drywall projects from preconstruction to close-out. You’ll build schedules, manage crews, and control costs while serving as the main liaison between clients, field teams, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in commercial construction, drywall/metal framing experience, and a proven leadership track record. You’ll drive project delivery, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality compliance on site.

  • Adaptability to changing project conditions and complex situations.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Project Manager who combines technical capability with strong communication skills. In this role, you'll manage timelines and budgets while serving as the main point of coordination between our clients, field teams, and project stakeholders.   • Industry Experience: 4+ years managing projects in commercial construction - experience in commercial drywall and metal framing required.
