Qualifications

• Licensure as Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction projects for clients and ensure timely delivery.
• Review cost budgets, subcontracts, change orders, and payment requisitions.
• Prepare status reports and advise on construction funds release.
• Assess drawings and specs for completeness and compliance with industry practices.
• Analyze cost budgets and coordinate with cost advisory teams.
• Comment on terms of construction agreements and related documents.
• Review permits, surveys, and code/ADA compliance documents.
• Prepare Construction Risk Assessment Reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
