Job summary

GMHILL Engineering is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience delivering safe, quality projects for a newly awarded JOC contract at Fort Stewart, GA. The role oversees on-site construction staff, ensures contract compliance, and coordinates with the GMHILL team.

Responsibilities include attending critical meetings, serving as the daily contact on Task Orders, and making contract-driven decisions on contracting, scheduling, resourcing, and personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction PM roles managing 10+ projects.
• Experience managing projects from $1M to $15M+.
• Federal projects (DoD or civilian agencies) preferred.
• OSHA 10/30, ARC First Responder, USACE CQM preferred.
• Familiarity with EM385-1-1, AHA, and APP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend critical meetings with the Contracting and GMHILL team.
• Serves as the daily point of contact on Task Orders.
• Will be readily available in person, via telephone, or online as set forth in the contract.
• Has full authority over contracting, construction, scheduling, resourcing, and personnel matters, and provides decisions within the limits of the contract and job order specifications.
