Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a Superintendent/Project Manager for residential new custom construction in Ashland, OH. You will run projects and manage sub/client relationships for each home, ensuring safety, scheduling, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in residential construction with a track record of leading 8–10 projects concurrently, strong leadership, excellent communication with customers/owners, and a focus on quality and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably in custom-home scattered lot building.
• Ability to manage multiple projects (typically 8-10) at one time.
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations and project leadership within New Construction.
• Strong leadership ability and track record for overall construction operations.
• Good team-building skills and excellent communication abilities with customers/owners.

A regional single-family home builder with a small-company feel, backed by extensive corporate support staff, is seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager for residential new custom construction. The company operates numerous offices across multiple states, working directly with local clients to build semi-custom homes ranging from affordable to custom niche. This role is key to maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
