Job summary

Global Recruiters of Lookout in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Project Manager to support design and construction projects in the local area. You will ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of large facility construction experience, a 4-year degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture, and hands-on experience with Bluebeam, Procore and P6. PE or RA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-year B.S. degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture
• PE or RA a plus
• 8-10+ years of experience on large facility construction projects
• Health care facility project management experience a major plus
• Bluebeam, Procore and P6 experience required; MS Project experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Solid organization, planning, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of technical professionals
• Effectively coordinate and work independently with the client and stakeholders to accurately identify and capture project requirements
• Project scheduling experience and proficiency with Primavera P6
• Proficient with CPM scheduling and identification of critical path
• Developing and reviewing project budget and expenditures for construction projects to ensure on target
